The Protestant Reformation Didn't Start With Luther & Calvin

There has always been a remnant who have not bowed the knee to Baal, that is, not believed in a sect that called itself the only church of Christ that goes by the name Roman Catholic Church. Throughout history the Lord has preserved His remnant, groups of people here and there who have always believed in what is now called the Reformed faith, although their history predates Luther, Calvin and the Protestant Reformation by 1500 years.

Reformed means to be “re-formed,” formed again, forming the church back to what it was originally, following the Bible as the standard of faith and practice.
