The Impact of Justification by Faith

Medieval teaching left people in bondage to a hopeless case of performance religion. Baptism was said to bring people to the starting line where people could begin to perform by their good works to merit heaven.
The doctrine which broke through that bondage is found in the book of Romans and is called the revelation of the rigtheousness of God.
