A Godly Minister

What are the qualifications of a good minister? How would we know if our minister, our Pastor if you will, is a good minister or an evil minister? Pastor Simpson, for our single-hour service, preached from 1 Timothy 4:6 where the Scriptures declare the four key principles of a good minister. One thing is for certain, Paul clearly defined a good minister as one that holds 'these things in remembrance'; what things?
