Rejoicing in Godly Suffering

Christians should not be surprised when they suffer persecution from society because of their belief in and service to Jesus Christ. On the contrary, it is an honor because we participate in Christ's suffering. God is purifying us and we should entrust ourselves to him and continue faithfully in our service to Christ and the gospel.
