You're better off having problems in your life and hearing from the Lord...than having NO problems and NOT hearing from Him.
The Lord gives more grace to the humble but He resist the proud in heart. And He knows, better than anyone, how to use a problem in our lives to keep us humble and needing to hear from Him.
So your problems may not be near the problem you thought they were... especially, if His grace is at work, drawing you closer and tuning your ear and heart to hear from Him. (2 Corinthians 12:7-10 ; James 4:6-10)
