Jesus set his face to go to Jerusalem. He was determined to fulfill the task of suffering on behalf of God's children. We are called to embrace the difficult road of suffering to accomplish God's providential will. Martin Luther is a good example of one who was willing to take a stand, embrace suffering, and proclaim God's Word.
