You Need Never Go Hungry

If He so chooses, God is able to suspend even the laws of nature which He himself created. Such an occasion was the feeding of the 5000. When this great multitude gathered to hear the Lord Jesus, all they had amongst the crowd was five loaves and two small fish. Out of this small provision, 5000 men, plus women and children were fed. Scripture tells us that twelve baskets of fragments were gathered up of the food that remained. This great miracle is able to teach us so much more than the feeding of such a multitude who were eager to hear the words of Jesus, but also the lessons we too can learn, as to how the Saviour can feed our own needy souls.
