Scripture Condemns Anarchy - No Shooting Sheriffs or the Deputy

Coming into this next election, 61% of Americans are concerned about a second civil war. Americans are buying at a rate of 24,000,000 guns a year, up from 6,000,000 guns per year back in the early 2000s. Since many Christians are jumping on this band wagon, we need to ask the important question... What are the biblical standards for use of fire arms, if we were to draw from Nehemiah 4:14, 1 Samuel 26:9, and Exodus 22:2?  To answer Eric Clapton's question, you cannot shoot the sheriff or the deputy.
