1 Thes. 1:1, Part 1

As we begin the study of this letter to the church of Thessalonica we should learn the essential elements concerning it. We need to ascertain the scope and context of this book. This is a part of biblical exegesis. Doing this we can rightly apply the truths that are in it. Contrarily, it is impossible to interpret or apply the letter as effectually as it should have been. We only ask that you give this message your prayerful consideration.
