Redeemed by Precious Blood

O to be released from a state of bondage and indebtedness, to be set at liberty. The grand theme of Redemption is before us in this passage, showing that through the giving of Himself, Jesus Christ redeemed, or purchased, His people, by paying the ransom price, setting them at liberty into something far more valuable than silver and gold.

Marvel then at this great transaction, and if you are yet in bondage to sin, knowing not the life and freedom that Christ can bring, consider the question, why will you perish, when God Himself, through His Son has paid the ultimate cost?
