John Wycliffe and the Wycliffian John Huss

320

Church history is the story of Jesus Christ building, defending, and preserving His church. In this first of eight lectures we are examining the spread of the gospel through the influence of the Protestant Reformation. In the first two lectures we examine three different men who lived in three different countries at three different periods of time who nevertheless share an inseparable connection to one another: the Englishman John Wycliffe, the Bohemian John Huss, and the German Martin Luther. In this first lecture we learn about the first two of these men.
