Christ OUR Advocate

In spite of the fact that believers are completely free from the guilt, penalty, and condemnation of sin, they still are keenly aware of sin's remaining presence, influence, and power in their lives. John addresses this heartfelt condition of every blood-bought saint by declaring to them their "Advocate", "Jesus Christ THE RIGHTEOUS."
