Jesus Does the Fathers Work

Jesus does the work of the Father in healing on the Sabbath Day and the religious Jews sought to kill him for doing this act of mercy. Jesus also claimed to be equal with God the Father and makes his arguments to them. The Jews set out to persecute Jesus and now he is set on a collision course with the Jewish officials. Yet he tells them that he alone is the redemption of his people. John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
