Listening to the Father

The greatest joy for Jesus was listening to his Father and knowing that his Father heard him. It seems that many today are convinced that listening to the Father is a difficult thing. Maybe this is because as sinners we only listen with a view to justifying ourselves. This is deadly in all ways for it has us madly trying to secure our entitlements rather than listening to all the Father showers upon us.
