Faith comes by hearing [Rom 10.17]
Faith without works is dead [Jam 2.26]
Without faith it is impossible to please God [Heb 11.6]

3. Promise: I will establish my covenant with you to keep you alive [Gen 6.18-19]

1. The inward response
a. Faith
b. Fear
2. The outward response
a. Hammer and saw
b. Persisting in the face of challenges
C. RECEIVE WHAT GOD HAS FOR US
1. Salvation from certain death
2. The ability to say NO to the world
3. Hearing God say YES
