Job #13 - The Providence of God

Job teaches us first of all that providence is a very important truth. He tells us that all creation knows about God's providence. Nothing happens outside of the providence of God. Job tells us that nature is a great instructor in God's providence. In providence God is able to make things the opposite of what they should be. He is also able to makes things do what they normally do not do. God in providence can also make what is possible, impossible. In this doctrine God even controls what the devil does. This doctrine when correctly understood is a great comfort to believers.
