Sovereignty and Suffering

The Book of Job does not lock us into an old debate about the existence of evil and the purpose of suffering. Rather, it is a fresh window to the world that answers such questions. This passage in particular gives us some clear and unique insight into some of the highest subjects imaginable, like the sovereignty of God (vs. 6-12), the providence of God (vs. 13-19), and the chief end of man (vs. 20-22).
