God on His Throne

This is the third of four messages that give us a glimpse of God. What stands out when we read Isaiah 6:1-7 is that Isaiah was given a vision of Adonai (ruler, master), sitting on His throne, reigning as King over the whole earth. He was still in charge, but more importantly, He was still involved with Judah and in the temple, as He dealt with their sins. In seeing Adonai, Isaiah recognized his own sin and pronounced "woe" upon himself. True believers today tend to be focused on the sins of our nation, but seriously need to recognize their own sin.
