The Great White Throne - The Judgment

In this passage the content of the books plural provides an inerrant, objective record of each person standing before God on Judgment Day, in which one's works will be indicative of their faith. The content of the book singular is the Book of Life. In this book there are no works…there are names. These are the names of those God has called before the foundation of the world. To not have your name in this book will result in being thrown into the lake of fire to experience eternal condemnation and constant torment. For those whose names are in this book, Jesus Christ experienced this in our place on the Cross.
