A Matter of Life and Death

We have been given the law of God, as a corresponding revelation of His own character and will made clear in His works of creation and redemption. The law reveals the glory, holiness, character and call of God to among His people, and the explicit to call to be holy, even as He is holy. Obedience is the at the very heart of covenant faithfulness, and without faith put into works, it is impossible to please God. If we are called then to be law keepers, we must start with the call to worship, obey, fear, love and honor God alone. We are to reject the worthless idols of this world, for the did not nor could not make us, and that cannot nor would not deliver us. Worship alone, the One who is worthy - your Creator and Redeemer.
