Walking On Water

In this passage the disciples are tired. Jesus demanded that they get into a boat and go to the other side. The disciples were trying to do what Jesus commanded. However, the wind was against them, and the boat they were in was getting beaten by the waves. The Bible is so honest about the fact that everyone needs a Savior. Even when the people of the Bible did embarrassing things, it was recorded. We can do anything God tells us to do through His power; not without Him. God’s power is not just magnificent and limitless. God will never forsake His children. The Messiah is God in the flesh. When our hearts are hardened, we cannot recognize the Lord. We are saved by God’s grace, not by our performance. God doesn’t put us in scary situations to scare us. He’s teaching us not to be afraid. God will meet us, even when we cannot see Him.
