Does Baptism Save Us?

Peter says that baptism saves us? What does he mean? Does this passage teach baptismal regeneration? How do we reconcile this passage with those many other passages which teach that we are saved by Christ, or by grace through faith in Christ? We'll consider these questions and examine what Peter means.
