Cultivating a Godly Ministry

Life can be confusing and dangerous. We may not know what direction to take or even what dangers to avoid. We need wise leaders. Praise God for being our Good Shepherd and giving us human shepherds to help us!

But caring for others is hard, especially in settings of high sin and high stress. Every human leader is still human, with a sinful flesh and finite limits. This is why God gives much direction in Scripture to the shepherding leadership of His people.
