The Journey from Ichabod to Ebenezer

The journey from Ichabod to Ebenezar involves: (1) The chastening of God's people, (2) The confusion of God's enemies, and (3) The challenge of God's prophet: (3a) Revival can come after deep declension, (3b) Declension can come after great revival, (3c) Stirrings of heart are not enough, (3d) There must be a renewed commitment to the means of grace, (3e) Revival does not preclude renewed battles, (3f) God can easily give us the victory
