Studies in Genesis (No. 3)

Speaking at the Word of Life Florida Conference Center in Hudson, Fla., in March of 2007, Dr. John Whitcomb taught about the creation of Eve after Adam perceived his need for her. Our teacher shares how Adam was given advanced training in taxonomy by the Creator Himself, which led him to the conclusion that nothing that had been made to that point on day six of creation week was suitable to be his true companion. Thus, God remarkably gave him the perfect helpmate -- "the mother of all living." In a day of mass confusion on issues of gender and marriage, this lecture is more needed, perhaps, than at any time in history. May God use it to bring clarity to the hearts and minds of many, and may He bless all who listen with receptive hearts.
