Ask in Faith

What is the nature of the faith needed when seeking things from God? It means you ask out of saving faith. It means you ask in accordance with a life of faith. i.e Is your request 'companionable' with Christ? And did you come to the request while in companionship with Him? Asking in faith also means to ask with confidence in the object of your faith; God and His character.
