The Full Assurance of Hope

Now, at this hour, I want to talk to you about how you can come to have full assurance of your salvation; a very important subject for every Christian. There are certain definite things that accompany true salvation; things which are set forth here for our instruction, so that we will attain to a full assurance of hope. 1st – Assurance of hope will be found in the Christian's doing good works and laboring in love when they minister to the saints. 2nd – Assurance of hope will be found by the Christian in their diligence in good works and their perseverance to the end. And the 3rd – Assurance of hope will be found by imitating those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. So let us walk together a ways, in this passage, and let's think together of the path of righteousness which we have been placed on. Let's strive to understand what the full assurance of hope is.
