Overview of Habakkuk chapters 1 & 2

Habukkul who prophesied before the Chaldeans came to power. He had two complaints before God: 1. "What are You going to do about the sins of the people?" 2. "Do You really want to use the Chaldeans to chastise Your people?" God responds to Habakkuk, similarly to Psalms 11 &18.
