I Believe in Life Everlasting

his sermon treats the last article of the Apostle’s Creed: “I believe in Everlasting Life,” in connection with the truth of Revelation 20:4-6. The comfort of confessing “life everlasting” is due to the believer in this life having the beginning of eternal joy, a joy that is present even in the midst of suffering. On account of that beginning of eternal joy, the believer is assured of receiving the inheritance of heaven where they will reign with the Lord Jesus Christ.
