Leaving Our First Love: Church at Ephesus

The church at Ephesus looked like a perfect functioning church from all outward appearances, but outward appearances do not always tell the whole story. Christ saw the fatal flaw in this church that eventually caused it to cease to exist--they had left their first love. How many Christians are functioning like this church, performing their religion well on the outside, but lacking true love for God in the heart?
