Don't Be Like Them

Unbelief in God's saving word, the gospel, is the great disqualifier that keeps people from God's final rest, an eternal home with God. The author of Hebrews uses the example of the rebellious Israelites in the wilderness as a warning, since they also did not believe God's word, and they failed to enter God's rest.
