Receiving the Word of God in Truth

There is only one way to receive the word of God. That is, as it is in truth, the word of God. When that is done, that same word brings forth fruit in the life of the individual. So it was for all that had believed in Thessalonica and so it is for any who have been converted to Christ. But just as sure as receiving the word brings forth fruit, so trouble is guaranteed to that one that will oppose that same word. But the Lord only allows what He will, as long as He will, and no more.
