Paul's charge to Timothy: Preach the Word! But it is also the charge to all Believers. The charge is strict, serious and severe as we find in verse 1. Given by the Holy Spirit through Paul, witnesses by God and the Lord Jesus Christ who shall judge the quick and the dead at His appearing, it is charge that cannot be ignored or denied, It must be carried out!
