What Saves the Soul?

In the previous message we learned WHAT DAMNS THE SOUL, and in this message we want to see the great grace of God displayed in a study of WHAT SAVES THE SOUL.

God must deliver fallen man, for he cannot deliver himself. God delivers the sinner from the punishment of sin, from the power of sin, the pleasures of sin, and ultimately from the very presence of sin. For it is sin and nothing else that keeps men from the presence of God. When you are rid of the sin that God hates, then you are a candidate to spend eternity in the presence of God and the bosom of Christ. SALVATION IS OF THE LORD!
