Christ Our Only Refuge

The beautiful imagery of the six cities of refuge act as a powerful illustration of the way of salvation in Christ Jesus. The sentence of death hung over any who had unintentionally taken another life. But in God's mercy He appointed, He approved and He provides an accessible refuge. It is to be accessible to all in dire need. As sinners we can also flee to and find refuge in Christ.
