Paul's Conclusion

Paul reaches a conclusion in Romans 3 about how people respond to the doctrine of justification by faith. This is it: that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. You don't have to produce works to be saved. That was accomplished when Christ died upon Calvary--when He died upon that cross. He died for my sins that I might be justified in the sight of God. God declares me righteous because of the finished work of Christ. I can't boast about what I did; I can boast about what Christ did for me. He did it all! Jesus paid it all!
