The Wisdom of the Gospel

What response does the preaching of the Gospel bring out of you? Do you, as many still do, consider it to be foolishness, or do you believe it to be the very power of God to change lives?

In this passage God reveals the vanity of human wisdom, and although it is a stumbling block to some, the preaching of Christ crucified is shown to be God's appointed means of communicating the message of salvation to those who are 'the called' of God.
