I. THE DANGERS OF PHILOSOPHY (V. 8)

Philosophy is dangerous because:

(a.) It enslaves
(b.) It deceives

They are deceived by:

(1.) Man-made traditions
(2.) Worldly principles

II. THE DEITY OF CHRIST (Vv. 9-10)

Christ is superior to philosophy because:

(a.) The fullness of deity dwells in Christ bodily
(b.) Our fullness is found in Christ
(c.) His rule and authority are universal
