Praise and Worship: Attitudes and Actions - 2

We were made to worship! God made it the fabric of our very being!
God is eternal. He is the only eternal being. He made man in His image, so we will only be satisfied when we are filled up with the presence of the Eternal God! Worship is how we connect with our holy, eternal Lord and praise is the expression of worship that flows from our hearts in singing and thanksgiving.
So, we are motivated to develop attitudes of praise and worship because we want to be like Jesus and be true the new nature He has given us as believers. We cultivate these attitudes by meditating on His works as described in the Bible and what we see in our own lives. We cultivate them by singing His praises and studying the praises of His people through the ages.
