Longing for Heaven

Too frequently we do not long for heaven – we do not have the same anticipation as the apostle John

Why is it important to think of heaven?
What will Heaven be like?

• A Glorious Place

  • Glorious for the sense
  • Glorious because of the presence of God

• A Joyful Place

  • Joyful because of the fulfillment of blessings
  • Joyful because of the absence of curses

• A Peaceful Place

  • Peaceful because of the absence of struggle with the devil, the world and the flesh

As a result heaven is a desirable place to live
