OUR KING FETCHES THE LAME
King David had made a covenant with Jonathan to show kindness to his children. Jonathan had a lame son who lived in a barren place. He was of no benefit to David. Yet David fetched him & gave him a seat at the king's table. Surely this is a picture of King Jesus fetching you & me to an eternal feast.
