Dayspring Fellowship is a Reformed Baptist Church, named for Luke 1:78, where the coming of Jesus Christ into the world is described as a sunrise ( a "dayspring") from on high, "to give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace." We are an independent church, Reformed in theology, continuing the teachings of the Protestant Reformation; and Baptist in practice, administering the sacrament of baptism to believers only. The church is overseen by a plurality of elders, and a group of deacons ministers works of service to the congregation.
