People Must be Amazed by God in the Way I Live (1 of 2)

Away with nauseating spiritual apathy! We can pray, 'Hallowed be Your Name!' in such a routine way, but are we truly amazed by God? Korah, Dathan and Abiram were some who suddenly became amazed by God. The whole community who saw them descend into the ground, that opened its mouth to swallow them, hear their screams and ran in fear; they were amazed by God! They were not treating God with contempt as Korah and his friends had, they were hallowing God's name! They were seeing God as totally set apart and different from anyone or anything. When we pray 'Hallowed be Your Name!', this is what we are praying for. We are praying that we would see the glorious God with such clarity that we would be amazed by Him. We are also praying that people who observe our lives would be amazed by Him. May God grant it to you that as you listen to this sermon, you will begin to be amazed by God!
