One of the primary ministries of the Holy Spirit is the work of regeneration. But, what is regeneration? Also, how does the Holy Spirit actually regenerate someone? While there may be a lot of ideas and theories on how the Spirit does it, the Bible is emphatic that there it happens only one way. Since regeneration is the Spirit's job, is there anything we are supposed to do? Do we have a part to play in this ministry?
