What to Pray for One Another

This is some of Paul's most pointed language regarding the work of the Spirit within individuals. Much of Ephesians addresses the believers' sense of corporate identity. But Christ also dwells in individual hearts. Christianity is neither a common confession to the exclusion of individual experience, nor a private piety without corporate vision. To the extent that it is Christianity at all, it is both.
