• Believing and receiving everlasting life
• The external influence: "But God"
• Those who have "passed from death to life"

2. Hearing and Living

• "Most assuredly" - v25
• "those who hear will live" - v25
• dead hearing His voice - v28-29
  • "Do not marvel"
  • We see the dead being raised and hearing as supernatural.
  • To God, this is what he does: the dead to life
