In this episode, Mr. Understanding (the old Lord Mayor before Diabulous enslaved Mansoul) and Mr. Conscience received intellegence about what had occurred at Ear-gate. They chastise the townfolk of Mansoul for their terms and conditions. The Lord Mayor, Mr. Incredulity ran out of his home when he heard the commotion of the townsfolk.
