Covenant love is COSTLY LOVE. Covenant love is LIFE. God's Covenant love (true love) is EVERLASTING LOVE. Covenant love is JEALOUS AND EXCLUSIVE LOVE. Anything which we call love that does not cost anything is not genuine love. Real love is pure giving; selfless, and it 'dies' for its object. To be in covenant with God is life. To be separate from His covenant is death.
