The Day of God's Vengeance

Does God care about what happens in this world? Does He care enough to bring evil to judgment? Does He care enough to redeem those who cry out to Him? Our hearts can be overwhelmed with dread and anxiety when we believe that God is doing nothing.
Here is an encouraging word to those who feel weak at the knees, to those who have become apathetic in their faith. 'Be strong; fear not!' The vengeance of God may not seem like good news but without the certainty of God's coming wrath His redeeming holiness means nothing nor will there be that everlasting joy in the One who was struck by the Sword that should have struck us all!
