The Futility of Human Help

When people disappoint us and our confidence in them is drained away, we will pray with more confidence in God - who will never disappoint us. People let us down. We need to realize that so that our hearts are fixed on God who will never let us down. God does not share His glory with another. If you want God's help, don't depend upon man's help. God may help through the agency of man, but He doesn't need to do so. He certainly needs us to trust in Him, however.
